Calibration Range

Calibration Range

Located in our Atlanta office, this calibration range is a general purpose 6.1 m (20 ft) W x 9.1 m (29.9 ft) L x 4.5 m (14.7 ft) H anechoic test chamber. Typical frequencies of operation are from 1.0 to 40.0 GHz. Antenna sizes tested in this range can be as large as 2.0 m (6 ft) depending on test application. This range is primarily used for gain calibration of antennas using the three-antenna method or gain substitution method. The facility can accommodate planar near-field measurements utilizing a 0.9 m (2.9 ft) x 0.9 m (2.9 ft) X-Y scanner.
