Turntables

Turntable
Model: MEC-TT

Our turntable platters are constructed of full metal, wedge-shaped surfaces with structural support. The outer rim of the each platter is supported by high capacity castor assemblies which allows a vehicle to drive onto the turntable from any direction. The vehicle can be placed anywhere on the turntable. Flush-mounted electronic and RF thru axis can be added to power electronic devices above the turntable. A broad selection of performance, convenience, and protection options enable you to configure your turntable for your specific application.

Factory Installed Options

Position Feedback Option
  • PF2: Dual Speed Synchro
  • Standard absolute feedback with Dual Speed Synchro PF2 option is available with additional enhanced accuracy options which further enhances the stated native accuracy using error correction techniques

RF Path Option
  • RJ Rotary Joint (Continuous Rotation)
  • Adds a single channel RF path inside the positioner supporting continuous, unrestricted rotation of the axis. The factory installed kit contains RF rotary joint and internal RF cabling.

Electrical Path Option
  • CRT (Continuous Rotation for Thru-Contacts)
  • Adds an electrical path inside the rotary axis supporting continuous unrestricted rotation for dedicated thru-contacts. The factory installed kit includes an internal electrical slip-ring assembly and internal wiring harness.

Interlock Option
  • Interlock Protection Circuit
  • Adds an internal interlock circuit and activation switches for permissible travel ranges between two or more axes. A typical application would restrict the travel range of the elevation axis if the upper offset slide axis is in a certain forward or reverse condition. Interlocks are typically project-specific and responds to overload protections required for the overall positioner assembly.
Perimeter Grounding Brushes
Adds grounding brushes to the perimeter of the turntable.
