Jeffrey (Jeff) Watts is the Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager at NSI-MI Technologies, serving as the company’s senior executive. With over 24 years of aerospace and defense experience, Jeff has led high-performing teams to deliver advanced solutions for defense, intelligence, commercial space, and scientific missions worldwide. His expertise spans program management, engineering, operations, business development, and strategic planning, with a proven record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and organizational transformation.

Before joining NSI-MI Technologies, Jeff held positions at Raytheon Technologies, Blue Canyon Technologies, and Boeing, where he honed his leadership skills and technical expertise.

Jeff holds a Master of Science in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is committed STEM volunteer, dedicated to advancing NSI-MI Technologies’ mission as a premier provider of RF test and measurement solutions.
