Jeffrey Watts

Jeffrey (Jeff) Watts is the Vice President and Business Unit Manager for the RF Power & Test Solutions (RPTS) portfolio at AMETEK, encompassing the NSI-MI, Compliance Test Solutions (CTS), and Amplifier Research (AR) business segments.  Throughout his 25-year career, Jeff has led high-performing teams to deliver advanced solutions for aerospace, defense, commercial, and scientific customers worldwide. His expertise spans program management, engineering, operations, business development, and strategic planning, with a proven record of driving operational excellence, business growth, and organizational transformation.

Before joining NSI-MI Technologies, Jeff held positions at Raytheon Technologies (RTX), Blue Canyon Technologies, and Boeing, where he honed his leadership skills and technical expertise.

Jeff holds a Master of Science in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is committed STEM volunteer, dedicated to advancing RPTS’s mission as the premier provider of RF amplification, test, and measurement solutions worldwide.
