Bettina Rivard

Bettina Rivard is the Director of Human Resources for NSI-MI Technologies. Bettina leads all human capital initiatives for NSI‑MI, including leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, training and employee relations. As a key member of the NSI‑MI management team, Bettina drives strategic HR programs that support and strengthen the organization’s business objectives.

Bettina served as Director of Human Resources at WIKA USA in Lawrenceville, GA. She previously held a series of progressive HR leadership roles with Roper Pump Company in Commerce, GA. Bettina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University in Schaumburg, IL. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
