Description

The NSI-MI Local Control Unit Controller Set (ELE-LCU) is designed to provide local operator control at the positioner. The LCU Controller Set consists of a handheld remote Local Control Unit (LCU) and a desktop or rack-mountable Local Control Interface (LCI) unit. The handheld LCU allows the user the flexibility to be at or near the positioner locally controlling an axis. The handheld LCU supports the displaying of axes information for up to four connected controllers (ELE-IPC and ELE-PAC master) including position and/or velocity of a selected axis.

The LCU Controller Set is available in wired or wireless configurations. The ELE-LCU-WI Wired Controller Set uses differential serial (RS-422) interface and the ELE-LCU-WL Wireless Controller Set uses the 915 MHz unlicensed ISM band for RF communications.
