Vic Salvi

Vaibhav “Vic” Salvi is a Strategic Account Manager at NSI-MI, responsible for managing key customer relationships across both U.S. and international markets. Since joining NSI-MI in 2019 as a Senior Program Manager, Vic has successfully led complex technical programs through the entire product development lifecycle—driving innovation, execution, and delivery for high-value clients worldwide.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in product innovation, development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement, Vic has consistently transformed ideas into high-volume, market-ready solutions. His ability to integrate deep technical knowledge with strategic business insight has made him a trusted advisor to customers and a catalyst for long-term growth. Vic is also a seasoned Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in hardware and software design. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University (Toronto, Canada), an MBA from the University of Phoenix (Arizona, USA), and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008.
