Simon Young serves as the Director of European Sales and Operations for NSI-MI Technologies, where he is responsible for driving business development across Europe. With a strategic vision and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Simon has played a pivotal role in expanding NSI-MI's presence in the region.
From 2009 to 2019, Simon was the owner and Managing Director of Frequensys Limited, the exclusive distributor for Nearfield Systems (NSI) in Europe. Under his leadership, Frequensys built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service and support to clients. His extensive industry knowledge and innovative approach were instrumental in the successful growth and operation of the company.
In 2019, following the acquisition of Frequensys by NSI-MI Technologies, Simon transitioned to the role of Managing Director of NSI-MI UK Limited. In this position, he has continued to support and enhance the company's UK and European customer base. Simon's dedication to excellence has led to significant growth in both the number of personnel and the active systems managed by NSI-MI in Europe.
Under Simon's guidance, NSI-MI has not only expanded its workforce but also increased the number of active systems, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation and customer service. His ability to foster strong relationships with clients and partners has been a cornerstone of NSI-MI's success in the region.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). Additionally, he has completed the Competitive Management module of the Open University MBA, equipping him with advanced skills in strategic planning and business management.
