Operation
A convenient virtual control panel software application gives the user full front-panel control of the ELE-SRC Signal Source. The integrated Ethernet/SCPI remote programming interface can control every available source function and can manage a list of up to 65,000 frequencies. In remote mode, the source can synchronously step through a frequency list commanded by software or by triggers received at the rear panel trigger bus connector. The robust remote interface makes the ELE-SRC useful for a variety of applications that go beyond NSI-MI antenna measurement systems. Designed to be compatible with a wide variety of other instruments, including the NSI-MI Vector Field Analyzer™, this source can be applied to almost any microwave measurement application.
